We own 12 properties in Plymouth varying in size from flats suitable for 2 students to houses for up to 11 which we let on an individual room basis or to groups of students. Rents shown are for academic year September 2010-2011 All rents include broadband and most are inclusive of water, gas and electric which is capped at £8 pp week.
